Capacitor discharge welding machine. Designed for high-precision welding of segments made of stainless steel and light alloys in accordance with welding requirements for aerospace hardware.
Functional features and advantages:

- Storage in a non-volatile memory up to 500 welding schedules;
- Overload current protection;
- Monitoring of water circulation through machine elements critical to overheating;
- Pass-word protection from un-authorized change of welding parameters;
- Programmable limits of welding current and electrode pressure, which assure on-line quality control;
- Registration and recording of the following parameters during each weld:
- welding schedule;
- welding execution: date and time;
- values of welding current;
- welding and forging forces, etc.
